So, from the age of 14, I've been dealing with some pretty tough stuff when it comes to my mental health. 😔 It had a seriously big impact on my studies. But, I've been able to turn things around. 😎
Thanks to some different tools and techniques (and some awesome professional support that led to me getting an ADHD diagnosis and starting medication), my mental health is in a much better place now. 🙌 I still have moments where I need a good cry, but I actually see it as a good thing.
It's a sign that I'm able to feel my emotions and deal with them in a healthy way, instead of just ignoring them and having them come back to bite me later. 😅
