🌍 Since I was a little kid, I've always known that I wanted to travel, even though I love my home in North Wales. So, I've been lucky enough to go on some amazing adventures around the world!

🧳 For my gap year, I knew I didn't have the grades for medicine, so I travelled all the way to Zambia and volunteered in a mother and baby clinic for three whole months. It was such an eye-opening experience that I'll never forget.

🌴 Then, with the money I saved up from working as a carer, I went backpacking around Thailand for six weeks during my first summer after med school.

🌋 And at the end of medical school, I had the chance to go on a medical elective in Mexico with two of my best friends, Rafi and Sophia. Afterwards, we even climbed a volcano in Guatemala!
