This recipe book is designed for the girl who wants it all and is not willing to compromise. She wants delicious, nutritious meals that are ready before she’s finished playing the lengthy voice message on the girl's group chat.

Here are 25 of my favourite recipes that are (mostly) nutrient dense and can be taken with you into work, placement or school. It is for the busy girl who loves food but doesn’t want to spend hours at a stove.

These recipes got me through med school finals, the growth of my YouTube channel and some of my toughest days. They lifted my spirits when I was down, powered me through creative block and gave me the energy to pour through my flashcards when I had nothing left.
